Build Pictures (Lots of pics)

We made it up to Newmar yesterday to see our coach being built. I took 100+ pics around the plant. (I somehow missed the 16 batteries in a King Air though)

These will mostly be of ours, but if you want to see anything specific just ask I might have a photo of it.

We'll be going back on Tuesday. It should be all assembled by then.

As we came in on the 10 AM tour.

The custom cabinet, in place of couch.

DEF tank and chassis batteries.

450 hp of love.

Proof we were there and that their employees have a sense of humor. The all were great and even stopped what they were during (on a Friday) just to come over and talk with us.

Roof being installed.

Cabinet above the dash.

Pads used to move them about the factory.

During the 1PM tour we got to crawl up onto it and look around.

Shoe cupboard in the walk in closet.

Washer dryer and linen cabinets.

Shower.

New TV cabinet.

Under kitchen sink.

Midbath.

Bedroom

Above dash cabinet now in place.

House batteries, 8.

The dash.

It was fun looking through all the cabinets for ours. Roxie (tour guide) could find them fast.

Bedroom dresser and overhead.

New pantry.

Many thanks for taking the time to do this. It's very interesting to look at how stuff goes together. It would be great if you would post all your pics on a site such as Photobucket for example.

I'm surprised that Newmar still doesn't install a drain pan under the washer. Mine leaked because it was improperly winterized and damaged our floor. It may not be too late to install. If you do get one installed make sure a hose is connected to the pan to drain the water outside---- just a thought.

I'll look into a drain pan, thanks.

There is more on my photobucket site that these are linked from. Not all, because some have the workers faces. Most didn't care (like the 2 that photo bombed us), but some do.

Plus I'm loading off an air card. It can be painful at times.

I really like the pop up TV. You made a good choice by getting this. Congrats on the new coach. Many happy miles.

Thanks, can't wait for Tuesday. We wish we could stay up there, but at least we can drive. Even it's 6 hours each way.
