Camp Newmar Appointment

How far in advance do you need to make an appointment for 1 year warranty check-up/repair and who do you contact?

Thanks

Lightbulb Servise

Hello Don, I thought the Selling Dealer does the serice work... Well, I did not go to my selling Dealer, it's now close to 2 1 /2 years old. All work (was very little) I had done at a local shop here.
Next time I'm close to the factory, I'll make an appoinment for a service.
Just phone Newmar and ask for the Service Dept..
I had once a question and got super friendly help.

If you go to the Newmar website you can enter service request and they will get right back to you.

We took ours to Newmar in October and will be going to pick it up next week, would have picked up before this but wife had health problems. Had a list of things that needed done and Newmar worked on it when they had time. Worked out well for Newmar and us.

Incidentally,

Phil said he is taking reservations 2 months in advance and asks for a list of items to be checked out at that time.

And, to the person who said he thought the dealer did all that work, I suppose that is true but I have heard from more than one person that Newmar does it best even though they have a good dealer network. Plus, I just want a factory tour and another vacation.

Lightbulb Factory Service

Hello Don, I live pretty well right next to my 'Selling Dealer', but I would never go back to them. Because I just bought a 'BS', toooo much went wrong with the PDI!!! We own a MH since 75/76. If we need a major service, we would drive the 4,000 km to the factory...and back and make a BIG CIRCLE TOUR through Canada and the USA, tour the Newmar Factory and enjoy the good local Food.
Wishing you all the best with your Newmar product.
