We have an appt the week of 08-26. We've been on the road from FL to Canada's PEI. We would like to wash it while at Camp Newmar.
Does anyone know if it's allowed or if there is a service that comes around?

If you are there for warranty service, Newmar will wash your coach when the work is completed. They did ours a couple months ago.

Otherwise, ask Sue at the front desk about mobile services in the area, etc. She is a wealth of information.

Be wary of mobile wash systems that use a power washer. 2 years ago in Yuma I had a mobile guy wash our rig. The dipstick ruined our front mask

, not sure how, must have got too close with the wand or something. Anyway there were a couple dozen spots where they had cut thru the mask. I did not discover it till next campground in Apache Junction when I went to scrub bugs off.

Just one more reason why I prefer to wash it myself. Never again a power washer.

Many use a brush on the paint. A big no-no according to BASF. I prefer to do it myself.

Factory will wash it for you if you ask ahead of time to schedule you in.
I have had mine washed many times and never had a problem with them using a pressure washer or a brush made for automotive washing. Many great mobile RV wash companies out there.
