Then go to the menu on the tv and there is a setting where you chose between antenna and cable ... select cable (sorry I can't be more specific, not in my coach right now). After making that selection you will select auto program so the tv tuner can search and identify the cable channels from the park cable system.

Once that is done you should have cable channels to view. I know these are not highly detailed instructions but hopefully this helps.

I have done this a several times switching back/forth between antenna and cable during the month we've had the new coach, but my only problem is that it takes me several attempts at finding the right place in the menu setting to select antenna or cable. Too many options that are not the right ones or end up at a dead end.

Also, selecting back/forth between roof dish and outside stand-alone dish can be very disconserting to get everything just right for the receiver to find the satellite. Not nearly as nice and easy as just pushing a button on the old Select Box. The more technology kicks in the more confusing and time consuming everything gets, with no apparent advantage.

I will re-post.
On most TV's you hit the INPUT button on the remote and you get choices like this
TV (antenna or cable)
A/V1
A/V2
S-Video
Component
HDMI-1
HDMI 2
VGA
(this is from the DYNEX I am watching now)

Then to choose ANT or CABLE you go MENU and Scan for channels and it either does it automatically or gives you the Cable/Ant option.

NOT SO ON VIZO

on VIZO when changing from cable to antenna you must first go to SETUP, Guided Setup, Tuner

And there you are.. This is why I recommend against VIZO. Most confusing menu layout of any Television I have ever seen Some options missing. (Or at least I have not found 'em yet)

I have two other TV's here one is a Samsung and the other a "no-Name Wal*mart Special,, and soon I'll have a Sharp.. All of them have the same type of menu structure as the Dynex.. Though the input selections may vary from unit to unit. (IE no HDMI-2,, or an A/V 3)
