Typically, ducted A/C units will have both intake and a/c vents in the ceiling. Roughly half of the openings are intake. The intake ports will have foam filters on them. I have about 6 of them in mine.

Ed, has it , one side ceiling vents, are air delivery the other side are return, washable foam filter in each, return.
The direction grate should pull out for access, mine did not, I had to pull the whole vent down to take the filter out.

Don't be shocked if there aren't any filters, a previous owner may have left them out.

Welcome to the forum & irv2.
Scroll down to bottom of this link and see what they are talking about.
I am assuming you have a DP coach Brochure and Owners Guide.
When you pull out the center vane of vent hold the main vent surround to the ceiling and with fingers in moving vent pull and twist the center portion and it should pop out of center ring.
In my signature below the QT's links you will have more information for your coach.
Enjoy the forum.
