Can anyone tell me what fluid goes in the cap in the picture. This is on a 1998 Newmar Dutchman motor home with a Cummins C8.3 Diesel

Newmar never made a "Dutchman" motorhome that I've ever heard of.

In 1998, the only diesel coach Newmar made with "Dutch" in its name was the Dutch Star. It had a 300 HP Cummins (Spartan chassis) or 300 HP Cat (Freightliner chassis). Is that what you are asking about?
