Canyon Star 3920 Towing Question

I am looking to begin towing with my Canyon Star 3920 and am seeking advice from anyone who has already done it. My concern is that the tow bar, when stowed on the back of the coach, may interfere with the rear ramp door opening. I would prefer not to have to remove the tow bar in order to open the ramp door. Alternatively, I could get a tow bar system that stows on the front of the towed vehicle (Nissan Xterra). Anyone solved this problem already?

We tow a 2015 Jeep 4dr Wrangler and utilize a Blue Ox setup. You are correct that the tow-bar has to be removed for the ramp to drop down. I just pull the hitch and lay it on the ground or if we are going to be away from the coach, I put it in the longer rear storage compartment on the drivers side. Fits nicely in there with various hitches and extra hitch pins and cables.

Thanks Vet. That may be the direction I'm headed. But is anybody else aware of a 'low profile' system where the tow bar could remain attached to the coach but out of the way of the ramp door?
