Caramel Glazed Cherry

Anyone know what Newmar is using for the caramel glazed cherry stain? I'm doing a little wood working project and would like to match it up if possible.

Am not sure what Newmar uses. However, when I built the magazine rack / blackboard in the attached photo, I used cherry wood and finished with the finishes as shown.

I love Gil's mag/blackboard idea - to replace my dining area wall clock. It's now on my todo list.

Back to the original request for info. - I took some original Newmar woodwork in to Sherwood Williams to do a color match. I've since done a small number of cherry wood projects on our VTDP with Caramel Glazed Cherry woodwork. The color match has been perfect. You should be able to take the photos attached to your local Sherwin Williams dealer and they can mix up the stain accordingly.

Happy woodworking!

Thanks Bushy...great idea going to SW for the match. Think Iíll have them mix up a pint or quart so I have it on hand for the next project,

The store is Sherwin Williams, the stain brand is SherWood.

perfect that is just what I needed. Called Newmar was told they could get ahold of the supplier and I could get a gallon of the stain from them. not really much help.

I will take the picture into the store.

Thanks for the info .

Thanks Charlie...

That wall space was begging for something useful to fill it. The magnetic/blackboard is particularly handy for quick notes and a place to hang things. Attached is another picture showing the small shelves on top and under the blackboard.
