I am just sick...yesterday I left my water service door (swings upward) outside open all day and the sun beat down and warped the exterior surface. I am surprised I hadn't heard of this from any forum sites. Has anyone else had this happen. Also, other than keeping all doors closed are there any other fixes. Believe it or not, this happened in northern Minnesota in July (heat index 100 degrees) Is this a warranty repair issue for an 05 KSDP. Anyway.....keep your cargo doors closed in the summer sun!

Never heard of that happening.

Don't know why it would warp in the open position and not closed.

I've had my upward opening door open for a couple of days now to dry out a water leak.

If your KSDP is still under warranty, then I'm sure it will be covered.

Hi Off Call,
I have had 3 basemet doors replaced and just left the dealer after making a claim to have two more replaced. All are covered by warranty. We have the same year coach. Mine didn't warp, they started to delaminate. I'm not sure if this is what you mean. The symptom is a wavy look to the door when light is reflected off of it. One is looking at the door at an angle. I live and, this year, travel in some very hot areas of the country. I do not know if this has anything to do with the lack of door quality.
