Ceiling LED Lights not Working

2019 Ventana, six months old. This morning the ceiling LED lights would not come on in the living area. Bedroom, bath work ok, just the living area is not coming on. Any suggestions on things I might check before calling Newmar.

Thanks

Yes, they are good. Since the lights just quit with no sort of warning that was the first thing I assumed but fuse was good

Ceiling LED Lights not Working

These a KIB multiplex controlled lights, there maybe a circuit board out, is there more then one switch that is marked ceiling lights? If so try other switch’s. Is the switch(s) that control the lights back lit?

In our 2016 DSDP we have a lighting control box in the half bath. All cabling for all the lights terminates in that box. Maybe check if a wire came loose?

Stuart, yes there is more than one switch and they are back lighted. Switch at entrance door and in bedroom have same result, no living area lights. Ceiling lights in bedroom and bath work fine. Just the living area is the problem

Sounds like wiring or circuit board. Call KIB they may have advise for you. 800-250-7051

Talked to Newmar this morning and they talked to KIB. KIB has some procedures to follow to pinpoint the problem but Newmar wants those performed at a service center and not by me. So I have will have to drive the 150 miles to the service center in Tucson. Will be interesting to learn what they find

Ok update: I went from only one failing light to 6 in two weeks. 1/2 the light flickers then burns out. Here we go[emoji51]
