Has anyone changed the fabric on valances and lambriquettes? We are looking to change the decor in our 2006 Dutch Star 4320 and this is where we would like to start. Any information would be helpful. Thanks.

We updated our 2005 Fleetwood Providence's ugly shimery grey valances with a modern print. Started by taking down old valances. They were held up by velcro. I left the velcro on the frame built above the windows. Then I removed the velcro from the old curtains to reuse. I Went to JoAnns purchase some upholstery weight fabric 54" width. I cut the material in half, using the 27" inch pieces-doubled over to make 12" valances. (the remaining 3' was used up in the hidden seam). Then I sewed up the sides hiding the seams as well and reattached the velcro. Voila !! The new valances changed the entire feel of the MotorCoach.
