If yours is the same as my 2005, the headlight unit is from a 2002 Ford Taurus. You can reach it from inside the generator compartment. There is a plastic/rubber cover the size of a small glass, the wiring goes through it. It comes of easily. There is a plug that goes into the headlight bulb, remove it. There is a retaining ring that is larger than the bulb, you have to remove this and then the bulb can be removed and replaced.

There is a possibility that the bulb is not the problem. I have the same coach and found that the weight of the wiring harness stressed the connector and caused an open connection. The solution was to tie the harness to an available support and that fixed my problem. Hope it is that simple for you also.

You're right, I detailed how to do it, but I found the same with mine. I ended up having a problem with the harness. Not sure if the bulb was bad or not.

Thanks for the information. I did find that the wires to the light bulb were loose in the socket. I talked to Spartan and was told that the wires could not be tightened because they were pinned into the socket. They said that I would have to buy the entire light fixture because the vendor didn't sell the socket separately. I applied silicon caulk around the connection area to stiffen the wiring area and that has apparently worked. The socket can be purchased separately by taking the bulb to a auto supply store and they can supply a new socket.
