Changing Belts on Cummins C8.3

Hello,
Does Anyone change Their Own Engine Belts? In looking at Mine it appears that a Chassis Cross Member must be unbolted in order to change the serpentine Belt. Or will it just slip past?

Any advice would be appreciated!

Most belts have a adjustable pulley or idle wheel that may not require you to remove cross member.

There is that , however the crankshaft Pulley is only about 1/4 inch from the cross member. And the Backup Beeper device is bolted to it with the bolts and Nuts actually protruding inwards into the concave of the pulley! Looks like a PITA to change. Will have to see if the old belt can slip through that narrow gap. The New belt will have to be very thin as well or it isn't going to squeeze through.
