Thanks

RICH:
The chassis MODEL # is most likely a Chevy / GM........P32. The model # will be (such as) Pxxx32. The first 3 digits after the "P" are a code for the wheel base length. I mention this because many mistakenly think the model # is a "P30", but in fact, there has never been a "p30".

The chassis vin # should be on the registration papers. There "may" be an "incomplete vehicle" label on the wall near the driver's seat, which will provide other info, such as GVWR of the chassis.

Your best source for additional info here on iRV2.com will be the WORKHORSE FORUM further down below in the Chassis club section.

WELCOME to iRV2.com!

Welcome - lots of good info on this site. P32 is a good chassis - 454 is a great engine. I recommend that you learn about the AutoPark brake system - it works great normally, but you need to learn to identify issues early and address them quickly. Also, learn how to disconnect it if a failure has you stuck (clevis pin or just unscrew the adjustment arm as the cable leaves the 'box'). I think you have the version 3 - omey.com has good tech data and part numbers - it is also the home of the resident expert - 'oldusedbear'.
Also, with winter approaching - check real well for leaks. Most roof repair items only work above 50 degrees, so check out your roof and get any issues resolved.
P.S. These are the items I found most pressing with winter comming on.

There are two ways... Sometimes the model of the coach will be based, in part on the chassis, (IE: Mine is 377W, (Damon Intruder) and is on a Workhorse chassis, W series)

However if you go to one of the many VIN-Translation sites.... Type in your VIN and you will find a whole bunch of data on the chassis,,, normally that is.. Not always, some coach makers re-do the VIN when they slap the body on... Damon.. Did not.
