Which one of the 7 part numbers went on your coach?

Thanks I’ll get a mirror and my camera and take a closer look. Don’t have any issue but want to be proactive.

I never was aware of an issue with mine. It failed the test on the first portion, which is what they expected. I am glad to have this behind me now.

Starter problems also??

Did I read somewhere in this thread that the problem PDM could cause starter problems? My coach is on the recall list, but I have had none of the light or A/C problems. What I have had is intermittent starter problems where I would turn the key and nothing happens. I'd wait a minute or 2 and try again and then it would start normally.

Could this be the PDM acting up or a totally different issue

Was less than 1 1/2 hrs today to swap out the pdm. Glas to get it done before heading to Alaska.

Just got my recall notice for this a few days ago. Without reading 7 pages of comments, I assume since this has been out for awhile most FL shops have the needed parts?

Just got my 2nd notice yesterday. I think most should have test equipment and parts but I would call first.

I’m in Alaska and have to decide whether to address now or later, I haven’t had any issues.

Depends on where you are and how many Rvs they service. 3 days to Great Falls, MT. 1st they need to see if you need a new pdm. Best to call 1st.

Mine didn't show any symptoms until it did and I guess it depends on what is affected as it seems to be different for different coaches. But, it may need show any problems

That's usually the case...no symptoms until they are.

On my coach, there were no symptoms, but the module tested bad on the first test of the protocol. New PDM installed.

I haven't had any issues and we are moving fairly often. I want to have my annual maintenance done in August so I might try to wait until then but give my shop a heads up way in advance.

PDM Recall

I started having issues right from the gate. As I would try to start the engine, no power to the starter. Wait a minute or two and it worked fine. I thought it was me being a "new" diesel owner.
After a 1000 or so miles, I'm having issues with turn signals. They come on fine, but won't go off after the turn. Thought it might be a steering wheel issue, but not so sure now.
Having it inspected next Monday in Elkhart while on my way to Camp Newmar for other warranty issues on the 12th.

Found the sticker on the lower right hand corner right next to the solenoid.
