well, i'm glad the mission critical issue was fixed.....the "parts on order dance" is miserable, thats for sure....thanks for the update.....

i am having a "waiting on parts issue" myself...my main girard awning is totally dead....the rear one is fine...when i was at my dealer, north trail, they diagnosed it as the controller in the basement being fried....and they are hard to get, apparently....so i wait....was hoping that it would come in while i was still in FL, but it did not....so now having the part re-routed to CT as i head back there.....

i totally agree here.....it's fantastic that they are building a giant new factory service center and camping area in nappanee, but that is not the only answer....they need more warranty certified service points around the country that are not associated with dealers......

I’m now deploying slides after leveling.

This is the exact by-product of putting "
Too Big & Too Many" slides in a coach. To date no one knows the long term results of have a weak chassis on a heavy coach. Having 4 slides in a 30 foot coach or knocking out 2/3 of one wall for a full wall slide, does not calculate in designing a motor home to travel thousands of miles over un-even rough roads.

The chassis is now a Spine-Less maze of steel with no strength to support the house. No matter how much structure you weld on the chassis rails, once you knock out all the walls you're right back where you were.

The simple fact is; manufactures don't know when to stop, they keep adding slides, yet they have no clue how to support the chassis nor care, since the warranty is gone in a flash of a motor homes lifespan.

I've been writing an article on slides for months now, should have it out in a few days.
