Have a friend who has a pole barn w/12' 2" clearance. My coach specs at 12' 7"

How much lower is the coach w/air bags dumped and would it be OK to drive it slowly into the barn?

Scott, I'm thinking somewhere about 4" or more. Moving in full down should be no problem with your tag as the drive shaft is so much longer than a single there hardly an angle on the U joint. Do not turn the steering wheel much a fender rub may occurr.

I'd definitely measure carefully first. At 5" it's going to be close. Also, consider that if one axle goes over a slight raise on either side of the doorway it will lift the middle of the coach somewhat. I'd use a spotter the first time to be sure. I'd also not trust the coach "specs". I've seen them off in either direction by a few inches in the past. Maybe you'll get lucky.
