Coachlight
Looking to have a few things on my coach fixed. Has anyone had their coach service here? Any feedback would be great.
Thanks
Moe

We purchased our 3921 from them a couple of years ago. Have had to get a couple of things fixed and they did an excellent job. Great people and great service. Highly recommend them.

I’ve had good quality work done there, but schedule wise not such good luck. They definitely put their sales rigs, then Newmar warranty, lastly other coaches in for work. I had one experience that took over 2 months.

2 months. Wow! What time of the year was this? I usually don’t bring my coach out of storage until the spring. I figured I could get her in now.

They are excellent to deal with. As a Platinum dealer they agree to work on all Newmars. I'm sure the time of year will have some bearing on how long it takes to fit you in, especially as a non customer.
There rep is good enough that some dealers out there push their customers to get factory pickups and then go to Coachlight for service. It definitely puts pressure on their service department.
Right now is there slow time. I would give them a call.

It was in the fall. It was a big project....total roof replacement. The long delay was due to the experienced roof guy had a heart attack they had to train a replacement.

I'm heading up to drop off my Ventana this weekend to get a small punchlist of factory issues resolved. Wish I lived as close as you. For me it's closer to five hours, but worth it as they are great to work with.

Age or damage to the roof? When I was touring the service department I saw a coach that had roof damaged from what I believe was an awning folding up and damaging the roof. About a year ago. Was just curious as that as a total roof replacement of a Britek roof.

About 3 hours from me. So not bad or as we say in the Corps just a little PT run. Lol. Might want to check your weather forecast, supposed to get a second round of wintry weather along with single digit temps. Hope to see ya around.
Moe.

We've been using Marty's Team for years! They are unequivocally some of the best Technicians in the business!! OBTW, they also have a campground adjacent to their Service Facility.

I stayed there for a couple days during PDI. When I then dropped it off to get some work done on Labor Day, since they were closed, I just dropped it off at the campground, left the keys in the office, and Tuesday morning they went and collected it.
