Cold air intake?

My 1999 MA Ford V 10 has Banks headers installed by a previous owner. I have a Cold Air Intake I just purchased. While I have installed CAI's before I could not find one specifically for the Newmar / V 10 combo so I bought a generic one and thought I would ask if anyone has experience in the install before I dive in.

Thanks in advance.

I had Ford's and my Workhorse is the one I placed it in.
Every thing was to the passenger side for Workhorse air intake the Ford original intake is to the center up high from what I see.
Here is a old thread for changing the air filter to K&N TYPE on Ford.
