Trying to figure out what is the appropriate cleanser for more difficult stains on our corian counters and sinks that is safe for the Grey water tank?

Both of those are too abrasive.
I have used Bar Keepers Friend on Corian with excellent results.
Bon Ami is another suitable product. I've used it to clean glass.

The guy that is detailing my motorhome used to build Corian counter tops and he said to wet sand it to bring up the shine. You can start with 400 and finish with 1200 grit. I am going to give it a try since mine are dull from use.

You still have to polish it. 1200 grit WILL take any shine on it off. Get some glass counter top cleaner. I think it's the same as softscrub.
