Thank you Bill and Ken,

yes it was definitely reverse setting previously. some of the wandering may have been related to the CD?!? After negotiating a Left hand curve, it tended to pull to the left. If it was a R turn, it would pull to the right. then at some point it would track straight.

Is there a scenario where the CD may cause a steering play? As in the steering box having a play? As the steering wheel is brought to the center, there seems to be a bit of free play.

last week an fccc engineer re did the alignment. 7th alignment, must be a record! significant changes to the steer and ride height, plus the drive and tag adjustments. We test drove without the CD and it seems to track ok. Without the CD it is entirely different even with CD on max setting. The wide tires makes it a workout.

Since the CD was plugged back in, it has quit twice, but when it is on, it has the play in center/straight setting. This was not the case in the test drive without CD.

Will have to go back to the dealer for the fan issue, will have them check the CD program, duno if the dealer would have the equipment for that as well, or is this a newmar and or fccc deal?

Anybody who can read Cummins or Allison diagnostics has the hardware to read CD diagnostics. All they have to do is install the free diagnostics program, available at
http://www.irv2.com/forums/downloads.php?do=file&id=217

The instructions are at
http://www.irv2.com/forums/downloads.php?do=file&id=216
You can download and read the instructions to preview what they will test.
