I'll interested in purchasing a previously owned Newmar Mountain Aire.

Can you help me compare the 2007, 2008 & 2009 model years as far as features, body style and improvements.

I’m interested in a high quality coach, which is why I’m interested in a Newmar, but I don’t want to find myself purchasing a 2007 and wished I’d paid a little more money for a new year model.

I recall Comfort Drive was introduced in 2007 and am wondering if there has been improvements with the system on newer models.

We will be using it to see the country and spend winters in the warmer climates, but not as a full timers.

Thanks in advance.

Welcome c182t to the Newmar forum & irv2.
Not sure all 2007's would have the CD on coach all 2008's to present will have.
I can give you the brochure's for 2008 & 2009 so you can compare models and option, 2009 & 2010 brochure's are the same because of down turn at that time.
Give them time to upload.
Enjoy the forum and I'm sure you will get more answers to any of your questions.

Thank you for your reply. I have down loaded the different years and have studied them.

I was looking for a non sales opinion since company brochures tend to be one sided.

Basically cosmetic changes from 2007-2009. In 2008-2009 the hydronic heating system was Oasis. In 2007 was Aquahot. Because of the economy the 08&09 virtiually identical except for the exterior paint schemes

Newmar has to many models to be one sided I always thought, they are informative as to just what they offer for models and options so you have a choice when you start with the salesman's end of the deal.
They also give you what is standard so salesman can not try to sell you as a pricer option and is actually standard..

Comfort Drive IS standard on all 2007 Mountain Aires. That's the main reason we traded up!
