Thanks everyone. We have a great team. Three quarters of our staff work in parts and service. We have been at more than capacity for a couple of years. That's why we should be breaking ground soon for a 12-bay state-of-the-art motorhome shop. It will be complete with 4 bays devoted paint and bodywork.
The new shop will be added on to our current 16-bay shop. It's just something that has to be done with all the out-of-state diesel pushers that schedule work here. I can go out most any day and find 50 or 60 diesels waiting for service.
We will also be upgrading and expanding the area for customer full-hookups. We always have a little community of customers staying with us while repairs are being made, or accessories being installed, or picking up a new coach. However, we sometimes run out of spaces and have to hook them up outside a bay with only electric and we might have to move them the next morning. The expansion should eliminate that scenario.
Everyone is always excited about getting the Platinum Service Award each year and building the new motorhome shop. I may post a blog in the next few days that gives some of the requirements to earn the award. It's quite extensive. Thanks again! Lee Litchfield

Dave's in Danbury is nowhere near the size of Lee's based on the above description. Dave has only two bays and very limited lift (jack) capacity. If you need heavy duty work from Newmar in New England you're out of luck.

I think the problem with N.E. the market was never that good with all the Newmar dealers we use to have.
Dave is the only one left at lease you have one near you for Newmar related stuff.
I may check them out when the Newmar top brass visit.
