So far I feel we've been very fortunate and impressed with the quality of our 2013 Ventana 3634. We took delivery in April, and it's only been in the shop twice (Freightliner) for the same check engine light trouble code and was in the shop both times for 3 or 4 days. I fixed some minor problems and adjustments myself, and have a list of a half dozen more minor issues I'll have the factory take care of in the spring. Luckilly Napannee is closer to me than any Newmar dealer since my dealer experiences with my previous coaches have not been too good, and I really needed a lot of work done on those (not Newmars)!

I tell everyone I know that is considering purchasing a brand new coach that they should work into there schedule being able to make 2 trips to the factory during the first year of ownership. This is my advice regardless of manufacturer.
I think many people buy these coaches brand new and get upset with all the little things that need attention which let's face it most dealers don't know how to fix. If your schedule won't allow such trips or your the type that can't handle the frustration (yes it is frustrating), then consider a fairly new used unit if you can find one that suits you. You'll typically save yourself some extra $'s and in most cases someone else has got the bugs worked out. I know this is no consultation for those in the middle of it right now but if I could not make at least two trips back to the factory for warranty work I would not order or purchase a brand new coach, from any manufacturer.
