Cooling Fan Blade Chipping

I have a Ventana 3933, 2010. Found out from a Cummins Tech that I need to replace my fan blade, rear radiator. Anyone ever hear of this? Wondering how much a fan costs, labor was quoted at 15 hours?

Interesting question.
What is "Fan Blade Chipping"? Never heard of this. Is the blade damaged for some reason? Manufacture defect? What brand chassis is under your coach?

15 hours sounds like a lot of time to change a fan. I would get a second opinion

The estimate of 15 hours is if they have to pull radiator, etc. One RV tech said may not be necessary. I never heard of this myself. I asked to look at the old blade.

The engine is an ISB. Spartan chassis.

The fan actually had chips or chunks off the corner of 2 blades, and 2 blades had splits. It is an ISB, my extended warranty did not cover because I couldn't wait on their 3rd party inspector. And also told me on phone it did not fail, so not covered.
