Looking for Dale re his great door latch mod that won't hang your clothes...I received mine and installed it....it is slightly too long and bumps the screen door, keeping the door from closing...what is the easy adjustment to make it work...BTW, it's a really pretty piece of machined steel...!! Thanks Dale....

Maybe you can remove some of the washers.

I don't have any washers...just a one piece unit that protrudes into the door frame and moves up and down on its attachment...it has its own built in one piece washer
