My 94 Newmar Kountry Star MH has no dash lights. The "Ford" light work but the the side aux. panels which house all the breakers and switches for the coach do not. They appear to be Led's or something similar that are taped to the inside of the panel with an adhesive some have fallen off none are lit. Any advice or help you can offer would be welcome.

I would say you have a ground wire common to all your lighting Led's loose somewhere. If you trace wiring back to fuse panels or maybe a common ground bus you may fine the open ground.
You could make a temp ground wire and place on side of light ckt you think is ground to see if your lights will work. If you hit the wrong side replace the fuse. After you find the open the Leds could be glued back on switchs using some supper glue. If they are rocker switchs you may just have to squeeze the center of switch to get inside or remove screws to panel to work on switches.
