Not sure where fuses are located in your Ventana but I would check those 1st.
Welcome to IRV2 and best of luck!

Cheers

Going from memory, and that is a dangerous thing for me, the 12v fuse for the dash USB on our '15 Ventana is in the electric bay under the drivers seat. You know, where you pull the handle to open the front hatch to access your generator. Mine were pretty well marked, plus we had an led indicator that showed the bad fuse. Good luck.

Oh, We also had an extra 12v outlet installed, but it only functions when the dash radio is on.

also, new models have some 12v and 110v dash area outlets running off of the COACH batteries, not the chassis as you would assume, and some may even only be powered when the inverter is on...

"Howbig44"........I'm pretty sure it's in that outside electrical bay, often called a "run bay". Here is a handy tool you can buy at Walmart to check fuses without having to pull them out. Many fuses do double duty and often both uses are not posted on the fuse chart. The tip of the tool is adjustable and fits both large and small fuses. It just presses against the metal contacts on the back side of the fuse.

In my Ventana the radio/audio unit must be turned for the USB port in the dash to have power. Give that a try and see if it works.
