Dead Coach Batteries new 2017 DS 4369

We got our Dutch Star at the factory in late October and put it in our storage garage--no power there--but we have been out about every two weeks. Have run the gen set whenever we visited to set it up for our upcoming trip to warmth. Today however the coach batteries were dead. I did flip the battery disconnect switch when we left the last time.

Customer service asked if the inverter was on but since the batteries were at 3.9v there was no light. They said to charge it and call them again. So does anyone know what happened and how I can recharge the coach batteries? We did not have a problem like this in our 2012 DSDP. Thanks in advance!

What about the house batteries - can't you use them to "boost" the coach batteries to get the generator fired up? If that doesn't work you'll have to get power to the coach or jump start the engine.

Oops--I really meant the House batteries--don't know where my brain was.
