We find that our motorhome hardly ever breaks down at home. Always when were are on the road. We have found that Coach-net has found some fairly reputable service providers for us. I think Newmar has a connection with them also. Ours is well out of warranty so we don't have to deal with it, we just pay. Most places we have been sent or taken to (Towed) are pretty cooperative and seem to do pretty good quality work.

Yea! Coachlight was one of the dealers for New Coach Delivery. We pickup our Ventana this Saturday, the 30th of April. Hopefully it will go well then.

The links to the Facebook photos of award winning Newmar dealers was nice, but I didn't see any dealer business names, just photos of the people receiving awards. It would be nice to know the names of the businesses and their locations.

Did I miss something?

You can search by country (or state or zip) and then you have to wade through all the dealers to see the ratings (or have won the Mahlon Miller Service Award if that matters). By my quick review it looks like there are regular dealers, recommended dealers, and Platinum dealers. It's not the most intuitive but it does work.
