Delivery Walk-Through

We'll today is the day, excitement increasing as we take final delivery of our new '17 Essex 4519 at NIRVC in Lewisville, TX. The Dealer, Brent Davis and his staff at NIRVC have been nothing but excellent both from a sales and service perspective.

This includes the fleet of PDI techs that have spent the past 5-days doing the comprehensive inspection together with necessary adjustments, fine tuning and setting up and programming of the various systems components including the WIFI Ranger, Silverleaf, Appliances, Audio/Video and other components. Was it perfect, of course not, have they corrected everything and been transparent in the communication with us as the new owners, absolutely.

In fact the service manager called me last night to ask if we could delay the walk-thru this morning so that they could complete the wash/wax/buffing & detailing of the entire coach (both exterior and interior) to which I of course agreed to.

Each day we've been welcomed to meet with the PDI lead tech and ask questions, point out any concerns we may have had (and there were a few) to which he and his team responded quickly and/or followed up upon during the course of the PDI. Its been a pleasure buying from and working with NIRVC.

No pressure sales, no lobbying for the purchase of aftermarket add-ons, etc....just simply good folks and a great team of people who love what they do - focusing on customer satisfaction.

Lastly, they have also extended an invitation to "camp" on site with full hook-ups as long as we want (they have full pad sites under cover (if desired)) where we can stay as long as we like and have access to the service techs should we have questions on the operation of "this or that" such that we become well versed in the features and operation of our new coach. This is a great opportunity for us being 1st time Class A coach owners.

Just thought I'd share some of the very positive experience we've had working with NIRVC throughout our search and purchase of the coach and we have "no doubt" they will continue to care for us after the sale.

Sounds really great! Aren't you supposed to wait 6 months or so before wax to let that new paint cure? Maybe they won't Actually use wax. Coach looks Goeogeous!!! 5 stars from the DW...

Big congrats, and definitely post some more pictures. Looks beautiful. I'm glad to hear about NIRVC being good to work with. My wife and I visited their Atlanta facility last weekend and came away a bit disappointed - it leaves a lot to be desired. Cramped, older space, pretty much nothing inside and a very small PACKED lot out back. Our salesman was very nice, but definitely harried and overwhelmed since he was the only person there. They had a bunch of Entegras on the lot, but only one Ventana. It was useful to compare, and we both actually preferred the Ventana to the Entegras, even the Cornerstones. Makes our choice of a Dutch Star feel that much better.

He said they are moving into their new facility next month, much bigger/nicer, and will be getting a lot of Newmar inventory from the Texas location. We will be going back to them, and might end up with a new coach.

That may or may not be true (don't wax for 6-mos) and I may have misspoken in terms of waxing. Their process at NIRVC is to fully detail any coach they sell before final release to the new owner.

That's true, they (NIRVC) have been leasing an old building/location while they construct their new one in Atlanta and we were told they plan to be opening that new store very soon. They are also planning now to open a brand new store in Arizona as well and drawings of both are on display in their Lewisville (Dallas area) home store.
