Just went in our 2008 Kountry Star and turned the lights on the dim side of the switch does not work on any of the switches. Need some help on where to start looking.

Which dimmer switch are we talking about? The map light dimmer or dimmer for house ceiling lighting or under cabinets.
Here is a thread where some added dimmer switch's for different lights in and outside coach's.
Here is a thread about over head map lights.

The dim side is fed by a 6v tap off the house batteries. Typically there is a 30amp spade fuse coming right off a house battery terminal that then feeds (via a 10 ga wire) the 6v spade fuse panel (maybe in the bathroom?).

Look at the batteries first for that 6v tap off and fuse holder. Use a volt meter if uncertain which it is. It's likely that 30amp blown fuse or a loose wire at the battery since you say ALL 6v (dim side) lights are affected. Then trace the wire to the 6v fuse panel. Then look at that fuse panel.

Sure my wife and I are getting a new motor home I was taking things out of the old unit. For some reason I thought I had hooked the sanicon up to the battery I didn't want the wire to be hot so I cut it lose from the battery well the rest is history lol. So I put the wire back on the battery and everything is fine.
