ok guys I just did mine.... Radio Shack switch 275-015. I gave up looking for the wires where the rv wires attatch to the screen. I cut the cable sheild right out of the screen. Found the green and brown wire and put a switch on top of my screen. Soldered and wrapped them. Works perfect. I can now use the auto switching when I want. Now I can see my toad when I turn.

Excellent, so cutting the trigger wires(green channel 2 & brown channel 3) will shut off the turning function but still allow the side cameras to work normally. I looked to day but did not have the fortitude to open up the shield cable-will do soon!

It's been a while since we were all chatting about this, but just wanted to chime in to say that I finally made it happen. Got a couple of extra dash switches, cut the green and brown wires, ran them through the switches, and it all works as advertised. I can now have the sideview cameras activated by the turn signal, or not, drivers preference. Was a pretty easy job once all parts were in hand and all wires found. Had to take the instrument cluster out to find all the wiring, but really no difficulty.
