I have often recommended LaMesa RV (Tucson) for service, in particular Joseph (service advisor) and Scott (Technician). I drive over 100 miles each way to reach them, but I have always found it worthwhile, as they have solved problems that no one else could. My latest trip was (thank goodness) just for a pre-trip check, oil, filters, etc. (40 point check-up). I am always greeted personally, treated like a long-lost friend, offered lunch (this dealer serves grilled lunch daily for customers), and asked what my concerns are. Since I had no concerns I just visited with Joseph, asked about his family, and was on my way. Upon my return, Scott went over a couple of things he found, and Joseph and I visited, and when he asked if I would like to go over the bill, I said no, if I didn't trust him I wouldn't be there. But, imagine my amazement when I later looked at the bill and there was a $375 "discount", which was close to what I paid. Not only did i get the best service in the West, a pleasant visit with old friends, an RV wash to make my coach sparkle, but now a discount. When I lived in Florida, and took my new coach to where I bought it (for service) it cost 3 X what LaMesa charged me!
I must emphasize that I go to LaMesa for quality service, not price, but must mention to the group this added bonus.
