Not sure how NEWMAR sets up their 3 A/C systems, but on Winnebago they have A/C's # 1 and 2 on zone 1 and the 3rd on zone 2 of the thermostat so you can only run 2 A/C's at the most. With our unit I run just the #2 A/C, and turn the #1 A/C off at the circuit breaker when on 30AMP service.

As stated above, if we go with a 4018 we can only have two A/C units. So we'll option for the dual 15K btu heat pump units. If we go with a 43 footer, we'll get the three A/C setup.

Thanks!

I just received my 2015 DS4018 and I live in SoCal. There is a lot of heat that comes through the front window area and I have the two 15k ACs. I'm planning to put window tinting that not only cuts out the UV rays, but also the heat. The modern tinting products can cut out most of the heat without the tint being dark and without interfering with any electronics.

I actually picked my exterior colors so that the front cap area would not be black. My previous RV had a black front cap and I had two ACs, but it was a heat magnet. When I traded in my old RV, the wall liner in the front cabinets were peeling off.
