If hose-a or hose-b get deported over the weekend, you may have to wait a "leetle longer". You may have to replace the blue tarp with something more permanent ... like a 'wall'. - LOL

For someone who is as politically incorrect as I am, I find you comment to be exceptionally FUNNY!

Nope, the blue tarp fix wouldn't cut it. It won't keep out bugs, dust, or rain leaking around from edges. Plus, how did they attach it? Please tell me that didn't use ANY type of tape . So tied off to rear view mirrors, air conditioner shrouds, etc?

They would have been putting the old w/s back in, WITH sealant, even if cracked. And they had better hope that I didn't have anywhere I needed to go before Monday!

Could the installers have been Bud and Lou, Jerry and Dean, Laurel and Hardy, or if man/woman, Lucy and Dezi?

I know several of you have been waiting all weekend long to hear about this windshield replacement saga. The dog's and I wondered by yesterday morning, hose-a and hose-b were on site with a new windshield on their work surface. Once again, these 2 experts were involved in a very animated cellphone conversation. I'm thinking things aren't going very well, so after a few minutes, Maxwell, the Beanie Weenie and I headed back to our M/H. An hour later, I found an excuse to take another walk-by to check on the crack team of windshield replacement fools. Wouldn't you know it, the blue tarp was back in place and hose-a and hose-b, their truck and the "new" windshield were gone...............Could it be these 2 fools are in over their heads with this project?
