Domestic Thermostat can not control the fan speed

I have a 2019 DS. I can adjust the fans to low, med and hi on fan mode. None of the fans adjust. I change to cool mode and get the AC on and adjust the fan speed and nothing changes. AC is on but the fan speed can not be changed.

I read most of the threads.

I tried the pull fuse trick twice. I did pull the fuse after turning the power off and the unit went dead. Waited 2 mins. After placing fuse in and turning it on no change to fan control.

As far as I know it has been like this from the beginning. Never bothered to adjust just set temp in cool mode and AC and fan cycled and is likely on high fan speed...I think.

Any other revelations?

I read most of these on my search but I did try the rest procedure on the back of the manual. Still no go.

Calling NEWMAR in the morning.

Did you try rebooting the 12 volt?

No only removed the 12v fuse to the controller. Do you shut the 12v with the switch by the passenger seat?

What does shutting the 12v system down do hat pulling the 12v fuse does not?

Does it kill some control power to the Fans?

Thanks for another check. Out of the coach for a few days will try the idea later on the weekend.

I have added this issue to the service request to repair my full wall slide. I also was able to add a cargo door loose/broken latch.

I just upgraded to the CC2, control boxes, and changed the front AC.

I went out and checked my fan controls. I can barely tell the difference between low and High, but it does change. The change is a lot smoother than the old 4 button thermostat. Both old and new ACs act the same way. There is a slight delay in changing fan speeds. I would need a flowmeter to tell the difference.
