Dometic 8700 toilet problem

I'm having an unusual problem with my master bath toilet in my 16 DSDP 4369. When the water pressure is low or there is water running elsewhere in the coach the toilet will flush but won't fill with water. I get the clicks and it will flush but with no water. The pump is on and I have no issues with the 1/2 bath toilet at any time. If no water is being used in the coach the pump kicks in to assist on the fill of the toilet just fine, but once you turn on water elsewhere it will not fill, just flush dry. It sounds like a water pressure issue since it won't work when the campground turns on the sprinklers and my water pressure drops to about 35-40 psi. My concern is the pump won't kick in to fill with water unless the pressure is good and no water is being used in the coach. Any ideas?

Thank you

By your post I assume you always leave your water pump on even when you are hooked to outside water?

Here is what we generally do. If the CG water pressure is 45 or above we keep our pump off. If their psi is less, or inconsistent then we don't stay connected and just run off our pump/tank.

If your toilet is in the same location as mine you can open your escape door and see the guts from the back. Wouldn't hurt to check down there. You may find something obvious. About 3 months after delivery I checked mine and our macerator pump was shot and leaking.
