Dometic awnings problem

On our 2015 DS 4369 we have 3 electric awnings on the passenger side. All of them stop retracting 1-2" from being flush. I could not find any limit switches or adjustments?
It bugs me to drive like that.
Does anyone on the forum have any ideas, or it has to be done at a service shop?

You should have only 1 Dometic and 2 Girard awnings. If you open both Girard awnings about a foot then the motors will be visible. The motors are located where both awnings meet in the middle. There are 2 Allen head screws on each motor one is for adjusting the out limit and the other is for the closing limit. turn the closing limit clockwise about a quarter turn and retract to see if it closes all the way if not repeat procedure. The Dometic over the door works the same way. Hope this helps.

Thank you David . I'm new to this. just got the coach 2 months ago and it is a full time job learning. The awning over the entrance door was marked Dometic, so I assumed all 3 were the same.
I noticed the Allen screws, but wanted to make sure.
Thanks again.

David D,
Is this true for the Girard electric window awnings? I have two that don't close up tightly - stops about 2 inches out. I have one that closes up tightly. Thanks!
