Dometic E-1 error code

I have a 2014 canyon star with the whirlpool frig and the 4000 watt converter. We camped at a campground in Fl. for the month of march. On April 1st we left and drove for about an hour and stopped at a sams. We started the generator while in sams (about 45 minutes). The generator was then stopped and we drove about another hour to a campground in Georgia where we will spend another month. The air conditioners started and ran good for a short while. After setting up and walking around the campground, I walked in the rv and noticed the air was not on. I looked at the control and you could not hardly read the display but I could make out the E1 on it. After abount 30 to 45 minutes the units started running as if nothing had gone wrong. Any Ideals?

Did you have the BCO switch on or off by mistake,

Should always be on when ever you are using the coach so batteries can be charged through the Bird System unit.
Not able to read display ac & heater control would indicate low battery voltage.

Check your breaker for the 20amp for the Ac unit.
Mine will trip every so often and that shows the error.
