Dometic refrigerator

How do you purge air to get fridge to convert over to propane? Worked well, but since I had propane tank filled I've had an issue. Tried to get it to light by turning off then flipping to gas. Stove works fine. Thanks

Set control panel to gas mode. Turn main switch off then back on. If you go outside to the lower vent you should hear the igniter snapping trying to light the burner. I think it will make 3 attempts to light before it will lock out. When it locks out the check light should light on the control panel. At that point turn off main switch and then turn it back on. It will again go through the 3 attempts. Each time you do this it will bleed off some air in the line. You may have to do this several times to get all the air out.

propane air purge

I turn on the stove burners first to help purge air from the line, fridge lights much quicker this way. Just remember to shut the stove back down!!

Have you had all the burners on the stove lit at the same time ?

I ask , because they shut off the supply valve on the the propane tank when filling , and sometimes they ;1 don't fully open the valve when finished , or 2 , open the valve so quickly they trigger the full flow safety valve on the tank, that restricts, or stops completely, propane flow through the system .
To re-set the safety valve , turn off all propane appliances , close the supply valve on the tank, and open the valve VERY slowly , back pressure in the system keeps the safety valve open.
Then light all the stove burners; on high; at once , for a short time , then start the fridge.

No power

No power to my fridge. Checked fuses, breakers wires. The red light outside the fridge is on. Something about overheating? Yes all recalls have been done.
