I have an 03 Dutch Star on a Workhorse chassis. The door is catching on the lower left and the upper left in the radiused area. This forces me to slam the door really hard to get it to close tightly. I had a HR with worn hindges that I spaced up with washers on the pins that fixed the problem. Any help in fixing the door adjustment issue?

Welcome to the Newmar forum bsnolt.
Is your door slipping on the hinge forward or backward to bind the door edges on left side?
Some doors have a clip up near the hinge area to keep door from going out of alignment check and see if you have one missing with another door.
You have aluminum latch pins if you drive during the winter the latch will freeze in the latch hole and may not even open.
You can use a long screwdriver to release from locking bar for latch.
Plenty of PB Blaster will free up latch than clean with sand paper.
If your latch is on the sides of the compartment door its a different problem.

my compartment doors are fine, what is sticking is the pedestrian door to go inside coach. Overall I love the coach, it is definitely a step-up from the HR, even though that was a nice coach, did not like the Ford chassis.

Is the door a center entrance door?
If you over extend the leveling jacks you can bow the chassis frame and cause the door to bind.

Not sure who manufactured your door but a quick call to Newmar Parts may identify the manufacturer. If it's a PTL the factory may help. Google PTL Engineering.
