Hi All,
We're starting to have the positive drawer latches break. This is happening all over the MH. Our Mtn Aire is just turning 3. These latches are on all drawers (all 18 of them), they are plastic with a hook on the drawer and a spring loaded latch on the cabinet. So far 6 have failed. Are others having this problem ??? Any fixes??? We found these at a Monaco Dealer for $10.99, and fixing 18 is going to get exspensive ............. DAVE

Some people have reported the same problem, or just gotten tired of the very positive nature their cupboard, cabinet, and drawer catches operate and have changed to the following style of catches, Adjustable Ball Catches.

Thanks, Spikester. I had considered changing to different ones, but hoped someone had found a cheap look-a-like. If these are my only problems, I guess I should be happy huh????

Yes, we found inexpenive identical ones, but can't remember where-might have been Home Depot. But we also have changed out some to the adjustable ball catch(as shown by Spikester) on the right of picture. They come in two sizes(that I know of) and would not recommend the smaller one.
