Driver chair issue

I have no power to driver side chair in my 2015 Bay Star. Wire got pinched and cut insulation , probably during swivel motion after we had stopped for the night. Would bare wire in contact with metal short this. Are there fuses located somewhere other than main panel in bathroom? Thanks

A bare wire with power hitting metal (ground) will blow a fuse. I am not familiar with your coach, but check the driver side forward compartment for a fuse block.

Driver chair issue

I had this same situation in my 2016 ventana in Jan. Mine was with my co pilot seat. The wires as pinched and exposed. The fuse was then blown. Locate the fuse panel for the coach that transition with the chassis builders fuse panel. Mine is in ds front compartment. It will be clearly marked l used a 7.5 mini fuse.

I took the cover off of the fuse panel but none are marked power seats, would this be labeled something other than that?

Your Fuse Panel should in your outside compartment below drivers seat. Mine was mounted on the right side within a square black box, once you remove the cover it gives you the layout on inside of cover. Mine was easy to locate and was marked Dvrs power seat to easily identify.

As a reminder, always rotate the seats to the inside, never to the outside when rotating to avoid pinching or severing the wiring harness.
