On our last trip in the bus, I noticed that when my ac/heat control was set on either vent, heat or norm ac, the fan speed would only work on the high & next to highest setting. But, when I put the control on max ac, all of the fan speeds worked. I've run into a brick wall on this one. Any suggestions, vacuum or electrical?

I'd check the vacume hoses on both control on dash and control valves.

I've pretty much have it narrowed to a vacuum problem. Yesterday, with the key in the on position, everything worked fine. But with the engine running, the problem returns.
