I am exasperated! I have a 04 DS 4009 (2 slides on the drivers side), but I cannot find the front slideout controller which needs adjustment. I have searched this site for the answer but to no avail.
Can anyone solve this mystery?

Thanks

Mine is located under my sink area for the front LR slide. If you have a Dry Bar it could be in that cabinet also.
Looking at your floor plan it could be in your Hutch cabinet, bedroom maybe in your large rear closet.

Some DP's have them on chassis frame side rails outside in weather proof box.
Why is it necessary to adjust the pot on control?
If you do adjust do with only slite adjustments.
If you go to Quick Tips there is information on controllers and how your slides should work.
Welcome to the Newmar forum.

They can be on the frame rails in the basement.

Yours may be like our 06 Ventana. We have relays instead of a controller. Our relays are located in the outside tv bay. There is group of 6 relays. Newmar told me 06 was in the middle of the change year and when I had problem and they had me looking for a control box first.

We have on '04 Dutch Star 3810. The living room slide controler is under the sink cabinet on the outside wall, passenger side. Looks just like the one on previous post. Make small adjustments.

Thanks for the help - I finally put my eyes on the front slide controller. It is way, way under the sink on the passenger side. There is almost no access even after removing all of the stuff in the area. I have been unable to do any adjustment until I can gain more access. Why oh, why do they put controller under the sink?

As you can see in the picture I have two doors to open near it if you have no doors it will be a struggle to get back there.
If your not the original owner he may have requested no door and controller is put in before cabinets.
The 04 4009 model shows a kitchen slide is that correct?

Why do you need to adjust the controller, there are PFD's in Quick Tips for your controller and what you can do & not do.
I would read before turning the adjustment.
