Ducting Floor Level Furnace Fans

Our forced air heater system has 4 radiator fans behind snap-on wooden grates. The fans are several inches away and below the grates so very little warm air gets blown out into the coach.

Has anybody crafted some sort of simple duct to route the warmed air directly to the grates? If so, how did you do it? We don't need anything fancy or expensive. Maybe there's something available we could adapt?

Suggestions appreciated.

Do you have access behind the grates to add a box enclosure around fan and heating grid?
You have a Aqua Hot type system correct?
Right now your sucking all cold air under cabinets to blow out through the heat register if heat grill and fan are combined in a box more efficient heat would be provided.
Not sure you have enough room to build a box around the units with out lifting floor at base of a cabinet, right?

Good suggestion. I’ll have to check behind each fan, they’re all in different cabinets. Yes, we have an Oasis which is working fine. It’s just that I think the blowers could be more effective if they were closer to the grates. Thanks. This will be a project over the winter.

I tried using heating Aluminum 3 inch tape and cut to fit. Cut the tape so when cover is on the tape is close to the cover. Tape all around the fan to force the air out the cover.

The tape is rigid since it is a aluminum based tape. Example below.
