Dutch Star Electric Slide Mechanism's

I need some help understanding how the electric motor/cog wheel system works on a Dutch Star. I know in the newer 2016 models SOME of the large slides use this new Hydraulic HWH Slide that has allows it to have tile, but I am wondering about the other slides that use the older method. How is the weight being carried? Does it use bottom rollers to carry the weight and do you worry about marking up the tile floors? I say several Ventana models that used these black tile protectors, but now that I am considering the DS, I don't know if they use the same methods or not. Does anyone have any pictures that would help me understand how it works. And yes, I check the Tips and Mods, but the info was not real helpful, but the link for the Hydraulic HWH was great, but not what I am worried about. The DS model I am looking at is the 3726 which has a full length door side slide that Newmar confirmed uses the older electric motor system and NOT the Hydraulic HWH system. Not a deal killer but want to know how this big slide works and where the weight is being carried, especially all the Kitchen weight with the refer.

Thanks for the help.

That model will use rollers on the tile. The slide isn't has heavy as the full wall slide, shouldn't make any marks on the tile.

In QT's 1 & 2 you will find all slide information for older slides and newer ones.
Information for the FWS's will be found in QT's # 3.
The slide operations have been the same since Newmar first developed the slide systems, had improvements over the years, but same basic design.
There are threads in these links where older coach's had new floors added and slides pulled apart to give you a picture of what a slide system for bedroom, both slides, and operation of kitchen slide will look like mostly all the same since I have owned a Newmar.
The links below in my signature will have many more links for your to be coach.
