Last winter I was very impressed with 9-10 in our 28`DS. Truth is I never expected much. We only use the unit on long holidays. 2 weeks or more.

I drove my 2004 Dutchstar DP4010 40' with the 330 cat over 8350 miles this past summer from Idaho to Virginia and back. Over hill over dale, on interstate and dusty back country trails that I had no business being on, towing my VW Jetta on a dolly I got 9 mpg. I am pleased with this. It pretty much works out to 50 cents a mile with $4.00 diesel when you factor in normal maintenance.

Anybody wanna buy a house in Idaho... I'm going full time!

Wink Up and Down Hills to Branson
