Electric Sun visor will not retract

The electric sun visor on the pass side of my 2007 Kountry Star 3910 will not retract. It will go down fine, but now I cannot get it to go back up with either of the two switches.

Does anyone you what might cause this and know a solution?

Thanks....

I had the same issue. The passenger side has 2 switches which are wired to a pair of relays somewhere (driver side only has 1 switch so no relays). Spent a few days looking for the relay and the visor started working again before I could find it. I verified it was relay by swapping visor wires ... worked fine. Places I looked without finding it:

Driver relay/fuse comartment, both overhead speaker enclosures, behind driver overhead panel, behind TV, behind glovebox, behind passenger pillar trim.

Locations I was going to look:
Behind passenger trim panel (below door lock/scare light switch area).

It's a mystery and Newmar had no clue when I called.

Let me know if you find them

There are 4 relays .... 2 for visor and 2 for shade (paseenger).
I have the wiring diagram but it doesn't have locations.

Thanks bruceisla,

I neglected to mention in my post that you can hear the motor groan when you push retract, so it is getting power. Even when lifting up on the blind, it does not go up.

Bummer ... not the same as my problem.

So today , I had the exact problem on my 08 3910. Did you find where your relays are located?

Did yours just start working or was there a fix?

So I知 still stuck on this visor problem. I tried swapping power to switch to reverse function , at that point neither up nor down worked. Neither seat nor dash switch will bring it up.
Any thoughts?

Well .... I'll tell you where I left off.

In mine, the wiring goes into the upper right cabinet ... on mine that's a speaker enclosure. At this point you can find the 2 wires to the motor. You can cut the 2 wires and supply (jumper) 12vdc to the motor. You can run it in both directions to eliminate the motor. Assuming that works, you can run wires from the dash switch directly to the motor and call it a day (crippling the armrest switch feature) .... or ..... try and find the relays. If you need it I have the wiring diagram but it provides NO clue as to the location of the relays. If you want the diagram, PM me. The driver side does not use relays because there is only one switch. Personally, I'd just wire it to the dash switch .... it's not like the passenger can't reach the switch.

I forgot to mention ...

The reason I described the wires in the speaker enclosure is that is where the visor wires join other wires that go down the window column. The wires change color-code in the speaker enclosure/cabinet.
